Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Run! The company has been in a lawsuit with its top employee, and this has created a dysfunctional company. The owner told me to my face "go ahead and sue me my wife is a lawyer. you'll have a bill, and I won't." They refuse to honor their warranty. If I walked anyone through all the mistakes this company made during my project, you would not believe it. When I asked for them to fix their mistakes - they complained about me. RecommendedI love Earthworks! I was there this past week placing a large order for a resterant install and Sean O. And Kaki were incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Sean walked the whole property with me and helped tag plants and pots and Kaki was right there too if I had any questions or needed help. I highly recommend Earthworks for all of your landscaping needs.
