Here's their business model: Show up, spread charm, draw you in, never get back to you again with the promised estimate. Kelley showed up March 27th, 2023. It is now May 22, and in spite of TWO phone calls to the office, assured both times she'd get to the estimate shortly, the last call was over TWO weeks ago. Still not a peep from them. If there are 5 star reviews they must have been expensive projects (though mine was to be over $3000, hardly cheap), or they were flukes because my experience was totally negative.
