These classes have helped me so much. I feel generally clearer, more balanced, calm & peaceful. A wonderful little community growing bigger all the time & fuelled by love. Most grateful to be a part of this beautiful group. The online classes during lockdown have been a Godsend. A great way to keep healthy & connected. ❤️🤗
The Centre offers exercise classes - qigong, stretching, poses & movement -with a difference. The emphasis is on self- awareness and learning to sense energy, which brings healing. For all levels of fitness, and all health issues.
