I have heard HORROR stories from some of the “BLACK” employees that work or have worked there at the land o lakes location. I have heard they tell “racist jokes”, they nit pick the black workers, they yell and raise they’re voices at them. Treat them like scum. The owner is well aware of everything that’s going on and will not do anything about it. Most of the time the men are drinking on their lunch breaks.
