Earth Swag was wonderful to work with. They were attentive, thorough (great with following up), and obsessed with quality and customer satisfaction. We had a quality print error on one of my items, and the team immediately fixed it. Their customer service, shipping, and quality were overall superb.

Roma was very responsive and communicative the whole time when I needed last minute promotional materials for an upcoming event. She made sure we received the tote bags, bamboo pens, and seed bookmarks just in time for our event. I am very appreciative of all of the efforts she made to ensure that we receive the materials in time for the event.
