Outstanding selection and customer service. Emily could not have been more helpful. She welcomed us with a smile and was helpful when we were looking for just the right slab for our kitchen. I highly recommend Earth Stone & Tile.
Staff gave information to wrong fabricator that had the same name therefore initial fabricator lost money. There was no remorse or apology on their end, it appears they have a fondness for the fabricator they gave it to. The manager David was very hostile and defensive in the response I received. I had a wonderful experience working with Emily at Earth Stone! She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk around with me multiple times until I narrowed down my top 3–4 stone slabs. Her expertise and attention to detail made the whole selection process so much easier and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism—highly recommend asking for Emily if you’re visiting Earth Stone!
