Waste of time location shows Palmdale Little Rock, California when you drive to that location it’s not there. It’s an hour away in a Rosemond a different city. I don’t know why it’s showing a location of Palmdale complete waste of time.
Had the pleasure of speaking with Chris. He was very knowledgeable. I've been in the stone industry for over a decade, and Chris was able to help guide me to the source I needed to get a unique question answered.
I wish there is an option to leave 0 star here. I have requested cancellation and refund last week. The company promised to give the refund last Friday and it's already Wednesday. They keep rotating phone calls from one to another. The manager was supposed to call back but have never heard back from her. In the beginning they said they will wire transfer the refund but on Monday they said they would zelle me the refund. It's already Wednesday and I still did not receive my refund yet.

For a person who has been at this job for a long time Chris needs to stay on top of pricing and delivery costs to avoid making mistakes. He also needs to learn to take responsibility when he makes mistakes. Instead he chooses to accuse customers of throwing “tantrums” and writing the following “So this is the world we live in, the "entitlement society" where everyone feels entitled to not only get something for nothing but then complain about it in order to create some perceived harm to the seller.” He obviously did his home... read more
