I recently purchased materials from Earth Stone Rock in Visalia for a backyard project, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. it's only after you have a truly atrocious experience do you learn the history of a company that has repeatedly either withheld refunds, had a manager that pled guilty to multiple felonies including grand larceny/theft. They hire the same here. If you care about customer service on any level, this is likely to be one of your worst or most interesting experiences - that is, if you're unfortunate to work with "Shumaila Kanwal - Sales Manager". I have a bocce court at home, and your materials and service have been excellent!! I've used both the 3/8ths oyster shell product, and the oyster flour. Some of the other suppliers require a full ton minimum, which is a challenge in many ways. Your communication has been outstanding throughout the entire delivery process.
