Had door to door repair guy offer free roof inspection. I was irritated to start because I have a no soliciting sign but let him go up because what could it hurt. He sent me ten pictures and said I need a new one I needed details and a cost estimated for the replacement he gave neither. I called ESS for a second opinion and Jacob was honest educated and willing to tell me what was wrong and why insurance pays for new roofs.
