I met Steve at the San Marco location and he was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I am used to getting a look like I am am crazy person when trying to explain what I need for my "special" dogs and their health and dietary concerns. . best experience yet in a pet food store, now we just need one in Nassau County!
