I love Earth Orgins overalll. Unfortunately, this store has the most imcomptant staff I've ever seen. This is the first bad review that I have ever left for any business. If you are going to hire cashiers pls train them to use your software. I know you can't teach common sense. Training them to take responsibility and to be personable would help when u are working w/the public. Omg the vegan cookies from the bakery are soft now! Yaaay! I hadn't bought one in a while because they were always rock hard, but I decided to take a chance on one today and it was so perfect!
This store is for people who make the healthy choice daily. They put their health before anything therefore they are able to enjoy life more because of less complications down the road! I love how clean this place is and their smoothies and salads! I can go on but I don’t want to come across like a health freak nut case! Yet I am!
I’ve been shopping there for 8 years now. It’s great to have organic food right near my home and I love the people at the store.
I love their items, but the workers have no idea what the heck they are talking about.... EVER. I ask for a certain item and they tell me they don't have it and then 2 minutes later I find it(because I know to keep looking myself). They know nothing about what they sell, or homeopathy. But I keep going because they have a better selection than other natural food/supplement stores and I hate waiting for things to get delivered in the mail, especially if my kids are sick and we need nothing that day.
