Excellent!!!!!!! This company is great! The people who have neg feedback have no idea of what they are talking about! The staff was very friendly and the products I have ordered have been superb! I had gravel delivered to my house for a driveway and gave them the dimentions of the drive the they told me it would be 8 tons they were exactly right. Go elsewhere This place is lame. Wanted to buy a boulder the girl at the counter gave us an estimate on the boulder about $250.00 and said they would need to weigh it and get the actual cost and would do it the same day and give me a call. The delivery charge was quoted as $75.00. Stayed home all day never got the call - I'm still waiting and it has been a week. Earth n' Wood Landscape Supply The people here are very polite & friendly. They specialize in pretty much all kinds of landscape supplies. They make you feel as if you are part of their family. They try to remember everyone by name if not by face alone. It is one place my entire family plans to do business with for a long time to come.
PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!! Please, please, go with another company before you chose Earth N Wood. Let me share my horror story with you...called and gave my driveway dimensions to a staff member and she assured me that I needed 5 tons of gravel. Okay, being a new home owner, what did I know? I just left it to the experts...ha. There's more. Very satisfied We bought Maryland flagstone to build dry-stack walls around our garden beds. We ordered 3 pallets and the driver had a little forklift he unloaded from the truck to carry them. He did a great job of placing them exactly where we wanted them. Two weeks later, we ordered 2 more pallets and got the same excellent service.
Please Verify the Price they Quote I called to get prices today for DELIVERED mulch. I was given the price but was never told me the delivery charge or that the price I was given was not the total being charged to my credit card. I tried to get this resolved and was told that I miss understood because they did this all day everyday. I think I would have notice that the price being charged to my debit card was almost twice then the quote I received. Please verify everything that is said before you give them your debit card.
