TERRIBLE customer service. Nobody answers the phone after weeks of leaving messages. It's one thing to be busy, but to not return customer's phone calls? Do not use this company.
Our lawn is a patchy mess after they seeded our property. A few days after they seeded, we had a HEAVY downpour of rain for a few days. Everything washed off the lawn - soil and seed onto the driveway. We were told they would reseed it in the spring but after various emails and messages, we were never called back. After someone DID get in touch, we were told the lawn looks the way it does because we didn’t fertilize properly.
