RecommendedI loved my massage today. Alicia used just the right amount of pressure, worked out some knots in my arms and shoulders, and was tuned in to the tension needs of my body. I would definitely recommend her to any one considering a massage in Jacksonville.

I highly recommend 5 Elements as they were professional and clean! It was my first time and I was really impressed with the atmosphere and customer care. Jaime was my massage therapist- I had a hour Swedish massage. She did an amazing job and was very intentional with the areas I expressed I had difficulties with. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, pampered and in less pain in those areas. I highly recommend her and this place!

I had the most perfect 1 hour hot stone massage today with Alicia. Oh my!! I didn’t know what to expect from a hot stone massage, but, yes, you still get the hands (and forearms and elbows) to skin massage. Alicia was very attuned to my pressure needs and did amazing things with even some very small moves. Thanks Alicia. I’ll be back tomorrow. Jk but sometime soon.
Alicia is the best. I have fibromyalgia and it takes some strong hands to break through my muscles to give me any relief. Alicia is a master at what she does! It's always an awesome experience!
I had a deep tissue massage by Alicia today and she was amazing. I have a problem with chronic pain in my legs and lower back and she worked her fingers into the deep layers of tissue and hit all of the trigger points and I felt like a new person coming out of the office. Ninety minutes of a deep tissue massage is the way to go.
