Efficient, Fast, Friendly service. I receive refills of Ivermectin and Low Dose Naltrexone within days or within a week during holidays.
The first time I was referred to this company from my doctor was an ok experience. But when I called for my refill it has been a nightmare. They put me on hold 5 different times confusing me with another patient (privacy law issues) and when finally I thought they got my information correctly they called me back with issues. I gave them my credit card info 4 times and they kept getting wrong, forgetting to ask for my expiration date, just mistake after mistake. Been ordering with them for over a year and they're the absolute best. Wonderful customer service and extremely efficient.
I am truly disappointed I even have to write this review. But sadly, this compounding pharmacy gaslit not only myself — but twice my patient. The pharmacy provided a compounded substance which dangerously not once, but twice (two separate orders) went bad long before its supposed “expiration date” which ended up having horrific side effects to my patient who very much needed the medicine to be effective. Horrific experience with HRT compounded prescriptions. They got my order completely wrong several times, they sent me the wrong items and then they tell me they will not refund me until I send the item back to them(they are expecting the correct item to be mailed back, like I was expecting the correct order). I already threw them out so, no refund for me I was told. I decided I am going to fish them out of the trash and send back.
