Efficient, Fast, Friendly service. I receive refills of Ivermectin and Low Dose Naltrexone within days or within a week during holidays.
The first time I was referred to this company from my doctor was an ok experience. But when I called for my refill it has been a nightmare. They put me on hold 5 different times confusing me with another patient (privacy law issues) and when finally I thought they got my information correctly they called me back with issues. I gave them my credit card info 4 times and they kept getting wrong, forgetting to ask for my expiration date, just mistake after mistake. Been ordering with them for over a year and they're the absolute best. Wonderful customer service and extremely efficient.
I am truly disappointed I even have to write this review. But sadly, this compounding pharmacy gaslit not only myself — but twice my patient. The pharmacy provided a compounded substance which dangerously not once, but twice (two separate orders) went bad long before its supposed “expiration date” which ended up having horrific side effects to my patient who very much needed the medicine to be effective.
