What a treasure to find Chris Hayden and Earth and Sky Bodywork! I am lucky to have been exposed to very skilled bodywork over my life around the country, and Chris' Rolfing practice is settling into place as one of them. His technical know how is great, but I am particularly grateful for his humble attitude - he is trust worthy and thoughtful and that gives a lot to sensitivity in bodywork. We are all lucky to have him in our community, and I highly recommend him.
