Ripped me off 435.45 Eartec sent my product to the wrong address, did not inform me of such. Told me weeks later when I inquired about it that they rerouted it. Weeks later they did not respond to my requests for a tracking number as it still hadn't come. I emailed them I was no longer interested and it arrived the next day. I refused the package and got a receipt. The tracking number shows it arrived at a dock and was signed for.
