Dr. Srour came to treat my elderly mom for an ear cleaning and I was very pleased. She is so kind and really took her time to make sure my Mom was comfortable and that she was able to hear again! She was easy to work with, she was on time, and my Mom did not have to leave her home! I would definitely recommend her!
As an audio engineer I’m very protective of my ears and Dr. Srour did an amazing job removing wax. I felt comfortable the entire time which is not the case with all audiologists. 10/10 thanks Dr. Srour!
Jennifer didn't do a good job. Didn't even send me the results of my appointment despite promising to. Not at all what I expected based on seeing the positive reviews. She came off a bit rude. Kept interrupting me when I tried to explain my situation and was more interested in finishing the appointment as quickly as possible rather than help me. It felt like she doesn't care at all and just wanted the money. Gave me no answers or any useful information of any sort. Paid 175 for getting absolutely zero help. She charges the s... read more
Would recommend to anyone who hasn’t had their ears cleaned before.
Dr. Sroar is a gem! Knowledgeable, kind, thorough and accessible. She really makes you feel taken care of. She did a hearing test for me and fitted me for custom ear plugs that I can't wait to use. I learned so much through my visits with her. Thank you, Dr. Sroar!
