She gave me a really bad ear infection. My doctors told me that I can do this at home, pain free, for $10 with a product called Debrox. Earspa lady is not worth the price, pain or attitude that comes with the service.
Dr. Srour came to treat my elderly mom for an ear cleaning and I was very pleased. She is so kind and really took her time to make sure my Mom was comfortable and that she was able to hear again! She was easy to work with, she was on time, and my Mom did not have to leave her home! I would definitely recommend her!
As an audio engineer I’m very protective of my ears and Dr. Srour did an amazing job removing wax. I felt comfortable the entire time which is not the case with all audiologists. 10/10 thanks Dr. Srour!
Jennifer didn't do a good job. Didn't even send me the results of my appointment despite promising to. Not at all what I expected based on seeing the positive reviews. She came off a bit rude. Kept interrupting me when I tried to explain my situation and was more interested in finishing the appointment as quickly as possible rather than help me.
