7/24/17 Update: Received email response to my inquiries same day of previous posting. Item received 7/21/17. Ear piece is significantly "thicker" than one I had made 25 yrs ago (by different company; used with a Telex radio cable), so it protrudes from ear more than desired. Haven't used it enough yet to provide review of audio quality. Order placed and paid for 6/11/17, custom ear mold made locally and sent to Earsound Customs on 6/26/17.
