From the moment you arrive, you’ll know, you’re in a great place. The waiting room is clean and neat. There are some brochures and displays. They don’t keep you waiting unnecessarily my wife was taken in before her scheduled appointment time, the micro suction process was quick and painless. I had such a great experience at this hearing centre. From the moment I called, the receptionist was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She was able to book me an appointment right away, which I really appreciated. The location was easy to find, and the office was very clean, organized, and welcoming. Dr. Khairallah completed my hearing test and was attentive, caring, and professional throughout the entire appointment. I accompanied my brother today for his first appointment with Dr. Khairallah. My brother is on the spectrum and Iwas there to make sure he understood all the information and to ask questionsons on his behalf. I was truly impressed how my brother felt safe and was able to express his needs. Dr. Khairallah spoke directly to my brother and treated him with respect. I highly recommend Earsonic with Dr. Mickel Khairallah, Audiologist.
It was super easy and fast to book an appointment at Earsonic. And Dr. Mickel was very detailed on the explanations and recommendations. It was definitely worth the visit. Highly recommendable.
