Have known Joshua for over 30 years, since he had his wonderful shop in Great Neck. Purchased numerous Naim equipment and never had a better experience. We used to bring in a disc and listen and talk for hours. Great fun! John & Mary

The rudest, most ham-fisted sales presentation I've ever encountered; most used car salesmen have more tact. You have to make an appt., which the owner was 15 minutes late arriving. As I'm listening to the CD I burned to evaluate the speakers, he trashes the two other brands I'm considering. When the owner determines I'm not immediately plopping down $5 K, he rips the CD out of the player (mid song!) and gives me the bum's rush to the door.
