I took my 90 year old Mother here today as her hearing aids weren’t working. Mr. Randall Jones was extremely helpful even though we had purchased her hearing aids in Lima. He didn’t even charge for his help! Office has parking lot and easy access. Very excited to have his service so close by! Mother is thrilled!
He's a real caring and personal person. tested and talked to me what he felt was the best for what I needed .had them in and to me in about ten days .explained everything about them and how to make care of .made an appointment for the next week for adjustments I needed . Is really good at what he does would refer to anyone with hearing trouble
