I was told over the phone by the front desk secretary originally that I would ONLY, be coming in for a hearing aid fitting NOT a hearing test and a hearing aid fitting. So, on their end there was miscommunication. Next, I arrived at 1:10 pm to my appointment to get my paperwork done. My appointment was at 1:45 pm. I wasn't called back until 1:55pm/2:00pm. The Dr. And her staff was so Amazing, and kind, very good experience with them. I was happy, thank you, to the Dr. And her whole staff for being kind and very helpful to me.
Very professional and friendly service. From the receptionist Jenny, the staff and doctor. Would recommend too anyone who is looking for hearing problems.
