Booked an appointment to have some ear impressions made for my aviation headset and race helmet. I brought in the lab form from my ear piece maker that had instructions along with pictures. I’m at a loss of how much simpler I could have made it. Got the impressions done and shipped them off for my ear mounds to be made. I was told over the phone by the front desk secretary originally that I would ONLY, be coming in for a hearing aid fitting NOT a hearing test and a hearing aid fitting. So, on their end there was miscommunication. Next, I arrived at 1:10 pm to my appointment to get my paperwork done. My appointment was at 1:45 pm. I wasn't called back until 1:55pm/2:00pm.
