This is an amazing service offered by Ears in Balance and fully funded by Medicare. Highly qualified Jess Blakely performed Vestibular Function Tests, explaining each procedure so well and with a calm and efficient manner. I have been delighted to find that finally my “dizzyness” is a recognised and hopefully treatable condition. I have no hesitation in recommending this service. Thank you Jess.

My husband was recently referred to Ears in Balance as he has some balance issues. Even with hearing aids he often finds it difficult to hear and understand what is happening. Jess was our clinician and we really appreciated her knowledge, patience and care throughout the evaluation. Every step was explained clearly in a professional and reassuring manner.
