A fantastic service. My practitioner had good knowledge and explained all the procedures as we went. Although the last procedure was a bit unpleasant I have had (to date) total relief from my vertigo symptoms. Definitely would recommend this clinic.

From the initial phone call to Ears in Balance, I felt extremely comfortable. The warmth and tone of voice was welcoming and reassuring. Regarding the actual appointment: The premises is spotless, bright, calming and welcoming. Jess was amazingly articulate. She explained each test most clearly, reassuring me each step of the way. She ensured I was completely comfortable and ‘unrushed’. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Ears in Balance for extensive and thorough investigation of vestibular function.
It was fascinating and incredibly thorough. Jess who was my practitioner was professional, courteous, friendly, explained every step so to prevent nervousness and very down to earth with her findings. I am so pleased I went to Ears in Balance.
