We came to Surfside Beach for Memorial Day holiday. I quickly realized that I had forgotten the charger for my hearing aides. A short visit to Amber at “Ears to Hear,”. and my holiday was rescued. I've been going to Ears 2 Hear in Florence for several years. Last week, Jane and Ashlyn got me into new hearing aids. This is my 3rd set, and two out of the three have come from them. They go above and beyond to help and always willing to help. They are the absolute best!
Jim and Andrea were very helpful and figured a way to see me when the call center said my appointment was in Florence! Jim took his time to get to know me and my husband and answered all the questions we could think of. Thanks, Jim!
I had a small problem over the weekend and I stopped in Monday morning. Andrea advised me that Jim already had customers waiting and asked if I could stop back. I said that I would wait. She said OK. In a few minutes Jim came out, I told him I had a little problem. He said follow me. He took me back and, after some quick tests, advised me that everything was really all right. In about ten minutes I was fon my way, feeling totally satisfied. I thanked him for his prompt service. Rich Grossman
Excellent service! Went in to have minor tune up in hearing aids while on vacation... helpful, quick and perfect service. I will always use Ears2Hear while in the Surfside area.
