10/10 experience at Earring’s World last night!!! Neal is AMAZING. He did my snake bite cartilage piercing and was so knowledgeable. I told him I thought my earlobe piercings had been closed for over 10 years, and he explained they were actually still open — the tissue had just shifted. I was SHOCKED. I brought my teenager that was looking for a second ear piercing and my 9 year old daughter that was getting her ears pierced for the first time. The gentleman (who I believe to be the owner) was very welcoming and helpful in providing guidance around which earring options would be best for each daughter. We brought our 15 month old in to get her ears pierced. It was the best experience. Everything was explained and he was able to keep our daughter calm and entertained throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this place for piercings or to buy jewelry. Everything was polite and professional and I could see that he builds a relationship with his repeat customers.
