After several weeks of trying to schedule an adjustment visit with the original hearing aid provider, leaving messages and no return calls we found Dr. Katie Cisler, Audiologist. Dr. Katie discovered the “replacement hearing aid” my husband had been wearing for the past 5 months had not even been programmed by the original provider!
