Angela was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! From the very beginning, she was incredibly efficient and extremely helpful in guiding me through tile selection and design. She took the time to update me on multiple items and suggestions, she also ensured I had all the information I needed to make the best choices. Her attention to detail and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Angela to anyone looking for excellent service and expert advice!
Applied online to get samples and had someone reach out for more info. After providing on the same day and two follow up emails within a month heard nothing from them. I messaged the Instagram to have someone get back to me which someone did. Now it’s been 2 weeks and further follow ups and again nothing…. If they can’t reply to a simple email for a sample request because they “can’t find it” I’d hate to think if I placed an order and something was an issue how I would get it in touch
My recent dealings with Earp Bros have been wonderful thanks to their awesome staff - in particular Holly who handled every one of my painstaking requests with total grace and good guidance. Holly made herself available to me for every interaction giving me both the time and space to decide through a million plans and thoughts in my head. The tiles they sell are beautiful. Very happy with my recent experience shopping with Earp Bros. The floor tiles we chose are exactly what we wanted and Holly was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with during this process. Tiles were delivered safely and on time. I would definitely recommend them
