Have been waiting 3 days with the initial promise of 9:00 first appointment. Lady is terrible and the guy there just lies. The driver is apparently too busy but they just didn’t take the request seriously. If you use them, good luck.

Absolutely terrible company. As soon as Rick got the money, communication became all but nonexistent. He failed to show up several times and couldn't keep his facts straight between conversations when he would call back. He wouldn't return calls after not showing up. Workers were ok if you don't mind cigarette butts left all over the place(disgusting!) and left rocks all in the yard without trying to cover them up during regrading. Earnshaw did a wonderful job installing my new Nitrogen eliminating septic tank. Rick and Craig even gave me some suggestions when I needed another contractor do non-septic work around the house. One day we had a problem…a big problem. You know, the kind that you call on a hero like earnshaw to help out. They came in, just in time, like a team of superheroes and saved the day. They are flexible to work with, and always courteous. I hope I don’t need to, but I would use them again in a heartbeat.
