I am writing to express a serious concern regarding the washroom and change room setup in the swimming pool area, specifically the shared change room that is also used during children’s boot camp programs. During our visit this evening, my child went to use the washroom and unexpectedly witnessed an adult male showering completely naked. I was not aware that the male shower area was open and without curtains, especially in a shared space that children aged 6 to 14 regularly access as part of their programming. Have to commend the staff at Earnscliffe, especially Mary Ann B at the front desk. My mother attends the drop in fitness class and Mary Ann looks out for her and is so attentive to her needs. She greets everyone with a warm smile and truly cares about folks that come into the Centre. She a Treasurer and a valuable asset to the Region of Peel Recreation program.
Would like to Thank Todd for training me at the gym.
