Ya'll are too hard on service centers lol. As someone who currently works in the industry, these guys are pretty great. Easy to deal with, and they all work hard for their clients. They've always done right by me, for routine service, and even with warranty claims. Helped me save 80% of my big ticket service bill when I was one month outside of warranty. Have a little bit of humanity for the person on the other side of the counter. It goes a long way, for both parties, I promise.

Inadequate staff. My KIA car ran out of battery, and I found the nearest charging station through an app, which led me to a Hyundai dealership. The app didn’t indicate any restrictions for the station, and when I arrived, there were no signs prohibiting charging either. I recently wrote a one star review for a situation that had happened here and after my concerns were heard by service team the promptly resolved the issue along with taking care of my windrow that broke while it was at their shop. they did an excellent job hearing my concerns and addressing the issues
