5/30/25: Short version - the worst experience with a service department. Piss poor communication, an advisor who had no clue what was happening with my vehicle, other employees not having a clue who does what or how to resolve a situation. They have always been exceptional. I have another Hyundai dealership 2 miles away from me and willingly travel the 25 miles to this team.
Recently had a flat tire Blue Link called dealer service advisor Tony gave the bad news tire replacement. Good news they jump on it 1 hour back on the road. Always great service and sales consultant Amir is the best highly recommend
I had to wait three days and constantly follow up just to get work started on my car. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay, especially after being told it would be a same-day service. I expected more professionalism and better customer service. Due to this experience, I will not be returning for future services.
