Oil Change & Upgrade of Central Computer was fast, just 3 hours. ++Complimentary Oil Change, Tire Rotation as part of free 3yr, max 4 changes. ++Upgrade was free, and Service Manager gave very generic response. I believe it was related to fix to battery drainage problem (I did have this problem) --Inspection was just "Multipoint & walk-around". I did NOT receive a report (checklist, tire wear, etc). Was it done? --No car wash Service Manager Vic was polite and work completed on time.
Lleve mi carro a cambio de aceite y a que revisen una luz que prendió lo lleve el martes y resulta que hasta otro martes para que me lo den ...la luz ya la arreglaron y para el cambio de aceite 4 días? Aparte no me dieron carro para los días que mi carro esta arreglando ..falta de respeto a las personas que confiamos en este tipo de lugares
5/30/25: Short version - the worst experience with a service department. Piss poor communication, an advisor who had no clue what was happening with my vehicle, other employees not having a clue who does what or how to resolve a situation. Long version - called my normal service advisor (S.A.) to make an appt. He never returned my phone call. Strike 1! They have always been exceptional. I have another Hyundai dealership 2 miles away from me and willingly travel the 25 miles to this team.
Recently had a flat tire Blue Link called dealer service advisor Tony gave the bad news tire replacement. Good news they jump on it 1 hour back on the road. Always great service and sales consultant Amir is the best highly recommend
