My mother had a very concerning experience with Gerardo Lopez. He initially told her that a simple battery/part would cost over $300 and that labor was free. However, after I insisted on receiving an itemized estimate, it showed the actual part cost less than $13 and that $273 was being charged for labor—the complete opposite of what he originally told us. Made appointment at 10:00 today and was told 2 hours waiting time for oil change and tire rotation, 3hours and 30min later car still on the lot and no work was done, decided to leave waste of time. The priority for having small service for your car is low. Don’t get your car serviced here waste of time.
