Amazing service truly. I got helped by Jonathan and he worked fast and efficient. He even willing stayed late to help with me getting a car. I needed a vehicle asap and it had came out the blue i didnt have much for the down payment and i couldnt aford much monthly. My Honda CRV had a fuel pump recall and I brought it to this dealership. I made an appointment over the phone and was told the service would take between 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. I made the appointment for a Saturday morning at 7am. I arrived at the dealership before my appointment time and waited for the service department to open. When the service advisor, Rick, came to speak to me at my vehicle he confirmed I was there for a recall of the pump, but then told me I would have to leave the vehicle for two days. Took my vehicle in for warranty work and an oil change/ tire rotation. The car had low tire pressure when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, the shop supplies were still in the vehicle, low tire light on, clearly the tires were not check or even rotated. I won’t be returning for service.
