My Honda CRV had a fuel pump recall and I brought it to this dealership. I made an appointment over the phone and was told the service would take between 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. I made the appointment for a Saturday morning at 7am. I arrived at the dealership before my appointment time and waited for the service department to open. Took my vehicle in for warranty work and an oil change/ tire rotation. The car had low tire pressure when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, the shop supplies were still in the vehicle, low tire light on, clearly the tires were not check or even rotated. I won’t be returning for service.
Jonathan Castro gave me a great service; he was clear, honest and very help full. I had a a amazing experience. He was kind and informative at the whole process, the process was very fast with a great quality. He answer all my questions. I was looking for a Honda Pilot 2025, and Im very happy to went there becasue they guiade me the whole process with excelence and so left the place with a New Car. Angel F
