Had the pleasure to work with Mat today at the dealership. Walked out with a fantastic deal on what is now my first car. Incredibly grateful for all he was able to help out with and the staff was so incredibly supportive on all I need to know and handle when buying.
It’s super disappointing and frustrating that I dropped off my vehicle and it was at the dealership for two days and only the recall was done NO oil change. When I scheduled the service online I scheduled for BOTH oil change and recall. Why ask for the mileage of the vehicle? When the car is turned on you can clearly see it needed an oil change so that was completely ignored which is mind boggling.
