Love this Genesis facility - clean, classy, comfortable environment, easy to get to, safe area, friendly, professional staff, great communication, quick service - they strive to make our experience a good one every time we show up and they nail it every time.
The car is fantastic GV80 beautiful, great ride love the car. however the sales people are rude and condescending. The tires sold on the GV80 prestige have been on back order since Nov 24. If you get a flat that cannot be repaired you will not be able to find a tire in stock anywhere in Scottsdale and you will not get a matching tire. I got my flat on a Monday they could not get my tire replaced until Thursday. And the car does not have space for a spare. They did provide a courtesy vehicle. Aaron was extremely helpful with the whole process! I haven't gone through the car buying process in quite some time so I was dreading it but Genesis made it painless. Happy to be part of the fam :)
I had an oil change done on a 2021 GV80 while it was getting some warranty repair. I thought it was odd they managed to change the oil filter without disturbing the dust where the oil filter is, but it was very clear where they pulled the cover to add the oil. Well 5,000 miles go by and we are doing another oil change. My premonition was correct they didn't chang the oil filter. It still had WIX filter in it from when we did the oil change 10,000 miles ago.
I will let the the timeline and details below speak for themselves: 01/02/25 Car Purchased 01/03/25 Car completely unresponsive and towed to dealer 01/06/25 Dealer charges 12v battery; they keep it for monitoring a few days and assure there is absolutely nothing else wrong 01/09/25 Car picked up, driven home and orange light immediately appears on dashboard 01/12/25 Car completely unresponsive and towed to dealer again 01/15/25 New 12v battery installed, car remains at dealer and later on becomes unresponsive again; they now... read more
