I took my Cadillac SRX in to have the CUE screen replaced. Garrett was my service advisor and was outstanding. He kept me informed and gave me advice on some up coming service needed. The dealership is very clean.
The service guy *actually* did his best to get our issue fixed under our power train warranty. Really went above and beyond trying to help us save a few (thousand) bucks
