Ordered a new 2024 CT5 and the salesman messed up my order. The car did not have the options I wanted. General Manager, Justin Conover, acknowledged the error yet refused to make any accommodation to make up for it. I ended up ordering a new 2025 from a different dealer. When I asked Justin Conover to honor the paint protection package I purchased from him on my new car, he again refused to make any accommodation and had the nerve to ask me to order the new car from him.
