They really went to bat for me & our clients on the latest deal to handle a very complicated file stemming from a closing where the seller purchased almost 20 years ago. They got it closed after much grit and determination. Your closing agent is really important. Choose wisely - it could effect you 20 years down the road.

I did not hire this firm, but rather was on the other side of a transaction where Molly was the representation. She and her office refused to communicate with me directly, had poor communication with my counsel, and ignored the wiring instructions included in the deal. Not professional. Poor communicators. Bad experience. Do yourself a favor and use the next firm on your list.
