Would give zero stars if that were an option. Paid in full for hearing aids and a week before appointment to get them, they cancel appointment and say they are closing indefinitely for an “emergency” and sending product back to manufacturer. No offer to assist. If they EVER open back up, DO NOT GO THERE. Extremely unprofessional.
Gave me a hearing test. I currently use hearing aids. Kevin explained the various options. He didn't ask for an order. I want to order the HCS 1AX
