Extremely disappointed. 1: I never kept my part that the guy replaced. 2 : I was overcharged by $150 from the original quote which included an hours labor. Not only that he took over an hour and a half to return with said part from the shop that’s 5 min away. I even texted him asking if things were ok. It ended up making me miss an appointment because of it. And lastly, most importantly, I found that the guy tried charging me TWICE!
