Glasses came in and I was not notified. Update never occurred to say my glasses were in. Their phone system does not allow you to get through or leave a message. Corporate was blamed but what's being done to fix it?
Chris was AMAZING! Even though he was going back and forth, to and fro, he STILL took the time to explain everything, LISTEN TO ME and made me feel comfortable. He was the one I most interacted with, but the other staff members were very friendly as well. 100/10 will go back and will tell everybody about it too!
