Our OT Steph from Early Start Preston is fantastic. We have had such a great experience with her and really benefit from the way she gives us clear direction for practicing at home between sessions

Very bad experience. We have been going to this clinic to see an OT, Angela, for the last six months. She very well knew that we were paying the fees ourselves because we didn’t have NDIS funding then. We used to see her four times a month. In our last meeting when I asked for in-school appointments or changing the frequency to forthrightly, she said she is filled out for the next term, without even consulting us even if we were existing clients. We couldn't even get an appointment that accommodated us. I asked for an after school spot - that they had available at the time of my call - but the lady on admin refused to give it to us because our plan was not as long as they wanted it to be. I offered compromises to make it work, but she wouldn't book me. The admin even had the audacity to tell me that "the company absolutely wants to be there to support my family" while they were gate keeping the appointments.
