We met with this psychologist for two sessions, and unfortunately our experience was not positive. I don’t recommend. Hard to get in contact during the whole process, the psychologist my daughter and I worked with was lovely but has left now. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress due to not being able to communicate or reply, actually felt ignored. The billing is also all over the place, very confusing and you’re just bombarded with all separate invoice. This was my first experience going down the avenue to have my daughter diagnosed with adhd and I regret using early start. I hope there are improvements as I feel it should ... read more
Very happy with Early Start. Our primary school aged son has been with them for over 3 years now and the care he receives is second to none. So glad we rang them when we were first looking for a child psychologist. Highly recommended, well worth any wait to get in.
