These people make the transition so difficult. I did my application before the deadline, and then they call me about the income paper, I corrected it. Several people have call me and said I am approve, but I have not receive the cert yet. My son have been put out of aftercare, and now I have to leave work to pick him up. I am in dire need of this assistance, but ELC seem like they do not care.
