I am extremely disappointed in the administrative department at the Palm Beach County Early Learning Coalition. The entire process of submitting required documents—especially as a self-employed parent—is made unnecessarily difficult. In 2025, there's no reason a self-employment form should not be a simple, fillable PDF or online form. Instead, I had to manually alter the form just to input my information, which is not something I’m paid to do nor should be expected to do for a state-supported agency. I have been going back and forth with the Early Learning Coalition since December 2025 regarding my special needs son's School Readiness recertification. Since that time, I have submitted every required document multiple times, yet seven months later he still does not have his School Readiness scholarship. Each time I contact the call center, I receive conflicting information or am told to resubmit documents that have already been provided.
