Elc drags their feet when it comes to single mothers. I’ve never came in contact with a company where a supervisor isn’t available immediately & you call for days and days and still no response . My case manager made contact with me once , approved my case and never generated my voucher . The frustration is unreal because who has 400.00 weekly for daycare in this economy right now .
