El haber tenido la oportunidad de recibir las ayudas con las terapias para mi hijo fue la mejor experiencia. Ellos siempre ofrecieron para nosotros lo mejor con un personal capacitado para las necedidades que mi hijo tiene ademas siempre tenian disponibilidad con los horarios. La cordinadora Deborah siempre con su carisma y amabilidad gracias a tido el equipo por entregar todo lo mejor.

Some great infividual therapist but overall customer service and operations are underwhelming to say the least. Rude and untrained staff, empty hard sanitizer dispensers, unmanned front desk, drastically underutilized space. The staff is only concerned about their convenience and projecting personal power, not serving the customers. It is a huge disappointment as this is a vital service, especially for underserved communities, but the operator is not on par.

You are keeping people with children and babies wait in the cold for someone to come open the door? And that is only if you pick up the call and the customers have a working cell phone with your number somehow saved (for their is no door bell or number posted)? This is outrage. 20 degrees outside!

First off, thank you for the service that is provided to the children and the staff who are dedicated to the purpose. My son's belongings inside of his backpack were lost and we were compensated with a check, it is the principle.....the transportation to and from the program was late often, causing concern. Brochures/booklets that offered helpful training and information was only for residents of a particular area and although my child was enrolled at the center there where the pamphlets were advertising, we/I could not take... read more
