Preparation, organization and customer service is all over the top. We had all the original windows replaced in our 100+ year old home. The job they did was outstanding. BUYER BEWARE! This company wasted 5 months of our time with ordering windows. We ordered windows with this company through Tyson - which took over a month to finally get the order placed when we knew the windows we wanted when we walked through the door. They explained the windows would take 8 weeks. We called 8 weeks later and they told our contractor and us the windows were scheduled to arrive the week of October 6-10 and we could schedule our installation.
