We can’t thank Early Dawn Confections enough for baking our wedding cake! We requested a cake that was both gluten-free AND vegan, and they were able to make something that was truly delicious. Champagne cake, blueberry filling, and vegan vanilla buttercream icing… it was perfect. All of our guests, who are neither gluten-free nor vegan, were amazed at how great (and beautiful) the cake was. The whole process, including the cake tasting, payment, and final setup, was a breeze. Thank you Early Dawn!!
That Dutch knuckle cheese roll is incredible!
Apple fritter and Dutch knuckle are standouts. Local roast coffee, great service, great local bakery!
Stopped by this place randomly a couple weekends ago with my wife while exploring the high peaks. The woman taking orders was extremely friendly and even offered a bike trail suggestion while our bagels were being prepared. It was hands down the freshest and best sesame bagel I have ever had, so moist and chewy it didn’t even need the cream cheese, not that it wasn’t a welcome addition! The wife also loved hers, and the apple fritter! Thanks!
This bakery was super small and cute, it had a real family vibe & was super welcoming. The staff (owner?) was super friendly and answered all our questions about town. We had coffee and pastries and it was all fantastic :)
