Updating!!!! It has only gotten worse! The lady that comes to my grandchilds daycare texts after 9pm at night. That is unacceptable and against the law. She also just pops in on whim and has no schedule set up for my grandchild. The most incompetent people I have ever seen so far! What is this world becoming? What are you gonna figure out by setting up a virtual appointment for a 1 year old? Seriously? Then never send a link for it? What? Then on the day of text us 2 to 4 minutes after appointment is supposed to start and say you are waiting? What? How is all this supposed to work? I had an amazing experience. Jacob and I worked with Lacey. They helped him achieve milestones. ECI I thank you for providing so much support. To Lacey, thank you for being Jacobs champion by helping me with the funding of his helmet. There was no way I could afford the full amount of his helmet and you guys really made a difference in our lives.
Such a TERRIBLE experience! Very very unprofessional. My 2 year old daughter was showing signs of autism and I had originally spoke with her PCP to possibly start on speech therapy. ECI evaluated her and denied her for speech therapy. She was recommended to start on pathways to build interactive and communication skills first. Fast forward to 6 months later and they denied her again for speech therapy because “she wasn’t ready”. Her therapist went ghost on us sooooo many times once for a whole month without a word.
