This preschool has everything except love. We initially sent our child here about a month ago because we heard great things—engaging learning activities, nutritious meals, and plenty of toys. Please stay away if you care about your child's emotional well-being. We have experienced the worst possible first-day experience. When I went for pick up, I saw my kid was emotionally drained and we were not notified at all. My wife and I observed our kid from the observation booth during the breakfast serving. Even though my kid didn't touch the breakfast and it went straight to the garbage, the head teacher feedback was "had some breakfast" on the ProCare app. When we confronted the head teacher, she said it as a "mistake... read more
