Just superb! Everything that comes out of this kitchen is exquisite. (I have a very soft spot for the vegan chocolate mousse, oh my goodness!) Super lovely + friendly owner Amy Miller and all those under her employ are a delight too. Really ncredibly thoughtful meals, everything done with intention and love. (Home delivery on Mondays or buy their prepared foods at The Pantry - same building) You can't go wrong! Just sooooo good!
Amy and her team did catering for our wedding in Callicoon this past weekend. Throughout the whole time we worked together, even before the wedding, her calm attitude was something we admired and appreciated. We did a tasting with her early on, it was lovely. On the day, the table setting was so good, made me cry. the food was spectacular, service was amazing and everyone was super nice. If you have any catering needs, this is the place to go. I would give 10 starts if I could. Thank you Amy!
I recently had an experience with my new neighbors' restaurant that left me blown away. After mowing their lawn as a simple act of kindness, they generously gifted me a selection of dishes from their restaurant. Extraordinary food, extraordinary team - I can't speak highly enough about Early Bird Cookery, which I've used for catering for big and small gatherings. Amy Miller is a master chef. As much as I can, I buy meal bundles to get me through the week. Her food is utterly healing and delicious. It just makes me feel better about life itself.
We hired EBC to cater our wedding at Handsome Hollow, and wow!!! What a fantastic choice that was. We did our tasting during Covid, and they gave us the most beautifully packaged tasting box. We offers several comments, and come the wedding day, they had implemented all of our edits and then some! They were so accommodating when we asked for things not on their typical menu.
